Community Engagement & Integration Plan

The South Monroe (SoMo) Walls is an incremental commercial redevelopment project located in Southside Tallahassee, FL.  The project is located within the Frenchtown/Southside Community Redevelopment Agency boundary and will be a catalyst for employment opportunities for local residents, contracting opportunities for minority contractors and vendors, and serve as a driver for responsible, culturally appropriate and environmentally responsible development.

The purpose of the community engagement plan is to set forth the parameters for responsible engagement and notification throughout the Southside community regarding this new development.  We also hope that this engagement process will serve the interest of ongoing community engagement and resident feedback/connection to the project once it is completed.
