Ian Gallo

Metal welder Ian Gallo designed and constructed a welded sculpture for SoMo Walls. Ian grew up in Tallahassee and pursued advanced welding courses at Lively Technical College. While on track to becoming a pipeline welder, Ian quickly grew a love for metal art and an Art Major named Caitlin. Shortly after, Okeechobee Music and Arts Festival presented an opportunity for local artists to showcase their work to the 50,000 festival attendees. Ever since that experience, Ian has been specializing in organic industrial human form and nature inprired art. More than anything, Ian's learned the most about art and beauty from his wife, friends, and family.
